LEMON BASIL FLOUNDER
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp capers, drained
1/2 tsp McCormick’s Gourmet Collection California Lemon Peel
4 flounder filets
Adobo, to taste
Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place filets on baking sheet. Sprinkle Adobo and brush vinaigrette on both sides. Broil 5 minutes on each side.
