2 C red seedless grapes, cut into chunks
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
3 Tbsp sugar
1 can pineapple tidbits
Drain the pineapple and save the juice. Mix the grapes and pineapple with the sugar in a large glass bowl. In a separate bowl, stir Cool Whip and cream cheese with 3 Tbsp pineapple juice. Spread over fruit mixture as you would a meringue topping. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
