Cucumber and Tomato Salad
- 3 cucumbers, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large green onion, chopped, including tops
- ¾ C red wine vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
