Chorizo Burgers


Chorizo Burgers


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 link chorizo sausage
  • 1/4 C minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese (optional)

Mix first four ingredients together thoroughly. Form four patties.  Sprinkle Lawry’s Seasoned Salt on each side.  Fry or grill 5 minutes on each side. If desired, place cheese on patty long enough to melt.
