Italian Parmesan Pork Chops

  • 6-8 boneless pork chops
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 C Italian or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray Pyrex dish liberally with cooking spray.  Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.  Dip pork chops in butter. Sprinkle lightly with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. Dredge chops in bread crumbs, coating thoroughly on both sides.  Place in Pyrex dish.  Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
